Oro Tax Advisors is looking for a dedicated Setter to join our amazing team! The Setter is responsible for maximizing the velocity, volume, and density of the closing team's calendar by converting incoming digital leads, event registrants, and database opportunities into highly qualified tax strategy consultations. Success in this role looks like immediate speed-to-lead response times, high-volume outbound touchpoints, database re-engagement, and maintaining an elite appointment show-up rate through proactive reminder management within GoHighLevel. This is a high-energy, collaborative role that blends pipeline conversion with strategic calendar optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Conversion & Event Sprints: Execute immediate outbound phone, email, and SMS outreach to cold and warm inbound leads, maintaining a high-velocity speed-to-lead standard to capture interest while momentum is high.
- Event Outreach Campaigns: Drive mass outreach campaigns around core marketing events, executing continuous, high-volume outbound phone sprints to registrants before and immediately following presentations to secure discovery consultations.
- Lead Qualification Filtering: Work closely with backend automation systems to filter out unearned or unqualified inquiries, ensuring only valid corporate business entities populate the closing pipeline.
- Database Re-engagement: Systematically mine the legacy CRM database, managing consistent follow-up cadences with open proposals and aged opportunities to reactivate stalled pipelines.
- Lead Channel Ownership: Take direct ownership of legacy lead tracking channels, ensuring data from external networks, spreadsheets, or manual lists is rapidly transferred into automated nurture sequences.
- Strategic Market Monitoring: Monitor historical client contact records to identify change-of-entity or seasonal business shifts that signal a prime window for strategic tax advisory re-engagement.
- CRM Hygiene & Data Logging: Document every prospect interaction, administrative profile detail, and qualifying marker cleanly inside GoHighLevel before routing the calendar booking.
- Calendar & Handoff Optimization: Coordinate seamlessly with Senior Closers to manage calendar space, prevent booking conflicts, and ensure a smooth, comprehensive background handoff prior to strategy consultations.
- KPI & System Monitoring: Collaborate with executive assistants and virtual tracking teams to monitor daily Key Performance Indicators, highlighting anomalies in lead delivery or platform data routing immediately.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business development, or high-volume phone sales.
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated phone setting, inbound sales conversion, or business development center execution, preferably within professional services, B2B frameworks, or premium service agencies. (4+ years converting high-ticket inbound webinar, live seminar, or event leads within a high-growth financial/business advisory firm preferred).
- Technical Proficiencies: Experience with pipeline navigation inside a CRM (GoHighLevel), calendar scheduling link synchronization, and project management tools (ClickUp).
- Power Skills: Exceptional vocal clarity, high emotional resilience over the phone, sharp objection-handling reflexes, and a highly organized approach to daily pipeline queues.
- Key Qualities: High adaptability suited for an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment; internal motivation to drive points on a board; deep professional poise required to interface smoothly with business owners; and an unyielding commitment to daily activity standards.

Compensation:
- Compensation: 100% Un-Capped-Commission (OTE $60,000 - $80,000)

Status: Full-time, 1099 Contractor
Schedule: Office Hours: M-F, 9-5, Not strict for Sales Team.
