The OAM Account Manager we seek would be responsible for being the initial and primary point of contact with potential and existing broker partners, proactively identifying and developing a rapport with potential new partners, managing a pipeline of potential and existing partners and upholding the company service standards in all communications. Primary Job Functions

Proactively Manage pipeline of potential and existing mortgage broker partners

Call on new prospective accounts to generate loan volume.

Grow existing accounts to increase loan volume.

Drive company growth by identifying and fostering relationships with potential partners

Demonstrate exceptional client service in conducting inbound and outbound correspondence with potential and existing partners

Act as liaison between broker and all other OAM parties/departments

Maintain open channels of communication with internal and external parties to ensure superior customer service
Qualifications/Experience

Prior experience in business development, sales, customer service or call center in a mortgage environment required

Prior experience as an Account Manager or Broker Advocate in the Mortgage industry is preferred

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service that reflects ability to help in a friendly and helpful manner.

Driven, motivated demeanor required

College degree preferred. High school diploma or GED is required
