Hours:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM
The Pre-Treat Operator/Blaster prepares the product for coating through a variety of pre-treat methods to consistently meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards.

Operate production equipment including media blast machines and chemical wash systems

Prepare parts for coating through pre-treatment and blasting processes

Follow schedules, travelers, and documented procedures

Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks

Complete safety checks, quality checks, and chemical titration testing

Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards

Cross-train and assist in multiple areas as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned
