Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Complete progress notes and treatment updates
- Coordinate care with providers and community resources
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and ethical standards
QualificationsRequired
- Active Florida License:
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor, where applicable)
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Knowledge of behavioral health documentation standards
Preferred
- Experience working with adults, adolescents, and families
- Experience with telehealth platforms
- Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation
- Trauma-informed care experience

Pay: $50.00 - $85.00 per day
