Job Title: LVN/LPN

Requirements:
- LPN/LVN license required.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
- Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
- Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
Shifts Offered:
- 8 hour shifts and Baylor weekend Shifts offered
- 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am or Baylor weekend; work 32 hours, get paid for 40 hours

Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 / hr. based on experience
Additional Details : 2p - 10p: $1.50 / hr. 10p - 6a: $2.00 / hr. Saturday and Sunday: 6am-10pm: $2/hr.
