We’re looking for an experienced Field Engineer 3 to provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, software, and peripherals.
- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair PCs, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Perform PC/laptop reimaging and hardware replacements
- Support servers, enterprise storage, and legacy products
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC)
- Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and applications
- Manage service tickets and meet client SLAs
- Provide professional, customer-focused technical support
? What We’re Looking For:
- 13 years of IT/computer support experience
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently
