We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee a wide range of human resources functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The ideal candidate will be a trusted resource for employees and management while helping create a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.

Process and administer payroll accurately and on time.

Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and open enrollment activities.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and other applicable labor laws.

Maintain employee personnel files and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.

Support employee relations by responding to questions and helping resolve workplace concerns.

Administer leave of absence programs and maintain required documentation.

Assist with performance management, policy implementation, and employee development initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HRIS data.

Stay current on employment law updates and recommend policy or process improvements as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Three or more years of Human Resources Generalist experience.

Experience processing payroll and administering employee benefits.

Strong knowledge of federal and Georgia employment laws and HR compliance.

Excellent knowledge of federal and Georgia employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and other applicable regulations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
