What You’ll Do
- Diagnose vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform thorough inspections and identify needed repairs
- Complete repairs correctly the first time
- Work closely with service advisors to keep the workflow moving
- Maintain clean, organized work habits and accurate records
- Stay current with modern diagnostics and repair techniques
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically looking for an experienced technician who can step in and produce.
- Strong diagnostic ability across multiple systems
- Proven ability to turn consistent hours
- Takes ownership of work and results
- Reliable and accountable
- Works well with a team and contributes to a professional environment
- Own tools required
- ASE Certifications preferred
We are not the right fit for someone who:
- Needs constant direction
- Struggles with diagnostics
- Jumps from shop to shop
- Talks about production but cannot back it up
Compensation
- $60,000 to $80,000+ per year
- Pay based on experience, skill level, and production
- High performers have the opportunity to earn more
