We are expanding our AT&T campaign and actively hiring motivated individuals for an AT&T Representative position. This role focuses on direct customer engagement, wireless sales, account activation, and customer service support.
As an AT&T Representative, you will represent AT&T wireless and internet services while guiding customers through plan options, promotions, upgrades, and new account setups. This is a performance-driven sales opportunity with strong earning potential and advancement paths.
AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through direct sales conversations
- Promote AT&T wireless plans, internet services, and bundled solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best service options
- Process new customer activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Track leads, sales metrics, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Maintain compliance with AT&T sales standards and policies
AT&T Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required
