**Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated support staff to join our restaurant team. As support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and with exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and are eager to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented to guests in the correct manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to prepare and deliver orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a thorough understanding of food handling and safety practices.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils as needed.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems is an asset.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
