Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in administrative roles to support our office operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, screen, and direct them appropriately.
- Manage databases by inputting, updating, and retrieving data accurately.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and email correspondence.
- Support administrative and clerical duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical/front desk role.
- Proficient in time management, basic math, and computer skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Quick Books, Word, Excel, Outlook is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
