Overview
Fast growing and successful window cleaning / pressure washing company is looking for a highly energetic, hard working and organized operations manager. You will coordinate daily operations, set routes, supervise and train cleaning teams, ensure adherence to safety and professional standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your level of management should increase efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a safe and productive work environment. We are an extremely young management team with high energy and expect the same from any potential team member.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of window cleaning operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Supervise, train and motivate cleaning staff, providing guidance on equipment, techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation regulations, and industry standards across all job sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain high-quality standards in cleaning and sanitation management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of operations, safety incidents, staff performance, and client feedback to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning environments with a focus on window or building exterior cleaning.
- Demonstrated staff supervision or team management experience with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate teams and liaise with clients effectively.
- Background in janitorial experience or project management with blue collar workers is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- You must have a clean driving record and / or your own vehicle. Please note there are questions on here that you need to answer.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
