```Duties```
- Installation of signage and graphics
- Use of ladders, bucket truck, and other arial lifts to preform tasks
- Oversee and coordinate the production process
- Train and supervise production team members
- Ensure that production targets are met within specified timelines
- Monitor quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
- Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble and fabricate products
- Perform mechanical tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
