Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Motor Clothes Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of motorcycle apparel, gear, and accessories. Duties
- Lead and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and product merchandising to maximize sales potential
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to promote motor clothes products and seasonal promotions
- Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and operational tasks to maintain store efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail sales or store management, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling
- Knowledge of retail math, basic accounting principles, budgeting, and pricing strategies
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with wireless sales or related product knowledge is advantageous
