Hiring part time Line & Grill cook, must be able to work Grill and Fryer. Ability to work with a Team and independently. Be a leader, be able to learn how to handle a Wok. Follow recipes. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to run the line and plate dishes to Zen Kitchen and Bar standards. Follow recipes, ability to multitask, prep work.
Over 8 Experience as a grill or line cook. Must be able to cook steak, fish, chicken and Shrimp. Sautee, knife skills (show Chef your skills!) This position requires ability to learn Wok station.
Must be able to work split schedule. Afternoon- Nights and weekends are a must. Deal Breaker. 3 PM to 11PM or later
MUST have reliable transportation as your start time or ending time may change during peak season
Job Qualifications

Previous line cook experience at least 8 years- Ability to train on Wok stations
