TN licensed Pharmacist to work and lead in a rapidly growing and changing retail pharmacy in Manchester, TN. Increased Leadership potential in future as well as we grow divisions.
Servant-Leader who maintains a motivating and synergistic culture among the pharmacy staff team.
Must have a record of exceptional customer service in a retail pharmacy setting.
Required: High Emotional Intelligence, Genuine Humility and Strong Work Ethic.
Familiarity with PioneerRx is a plus.
Strong preference for LTC and automation experience as we use a Parata Pass 300VP, Perl camera system as well as a ScriptPro.
Prefer 5 yrs+ retail pharmacy experience.
Will work and lead Tech Team independently.
Must pass drug screen, background check and DEA / OIG exclusion lists.
No felonies or pending charges pertaining to controlled substances, FWA.
Pharmacy Hours are currently Mon-Fri 8-6. Sat 10-2. Closed Sun.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
