We're a busy print franchise looking for our next Print Estimator & Order Coordinator, the person who owns quoting and order flow from first contact to final invoice. You'll be the primary estimator on the team, turning customer requests into accurate quotes, placing the orders, and seeing every job through to delivery or pickup. No print experience required, if you're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable talking to customers, we'll train you on everything product-related.
What you'll own
- Serve as the primary estimator — handle all incoming quote requests by phone, email, and walk-in
- Gather job specs from customers and produce accurate, timely written estimates
- Convert approved quotes into production orders in Flex (our shop management system)
- Route jobs to in-house production or place orders with outside vendors as needed
- Track all open jobs and proactively communicate status updates to customers
- Contact customers when orders are ready; coordinate pickup or schedule delivery
- Process payments at the counter - cash, card, and POS
- Generate and send invoices upon job completion
- Save and organize customer artwork files with accurate naming and folder structure
- Maintain clean, accurate job records in Flex throughout each order's lifecycle
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in an admin, front-desk, or customer-facing role
- Comfortable fielding requests by phone, email, and in person, all three happen daily
- Strong attention to detail, quoting errors cost real money, so accuracy matters
- Able to manage 15–30 open orders simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Quick to learn new software - we use Flex and Microsoft Outlook daily
- Experience with quoting, estimating, invoicing, or order management is a real plus
- Comfortable handling cash and card transactions at the counter
- Self-motivated and reliable - this role operates with a lot of independence
Schedule & pay
- Monday–Friday within our 8am–5pm window (No weekends ever)
- 25–32 hours per week (part-time)
- $15–$18/hr depending on experience
- Small, close-knit team where your work directly impacts how the shop runs
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
