We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician who takes pride in producing safe, high-quality repairs and can work efficiently in a busy collision repair environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels and vehicle components.
- Complete disassembly and reassembly of vehicles.
- Measure, straighten, and align vehicle frames and structures.
- Perform welding, metalworking, dent repair, and panel replacement.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and written estimates.
- Identify additional or hidden damage and notify management promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other technicians.
- Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Complete repairs according to established safety and quality standards.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous professional collision repair experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of modern collision repair procedures and equipment.
- Experience with frame and structural repairs is preferred.
- Ability to perform welding and panel replacement.
- Ability to read and follow repair estimates and manufacturer procedures.
- Must have your own basic tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to meet production deadlines without sacrificing repair quality.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Hours: 7am-3:30pm
- No weekends or occasional weekends
- Overtime may be available based on workload.
