Position Summary
Lead the daily operations of the Valley Medical Center outpatient rehabilitation service line while partnering with Pinnacle Medical Wellness and Valley Medical Center leadership to deliver exceptional clinical quality, patient experience, operational performance, and financial results. The manager collaborates closely with Lifestyle Medicine leadership to integrate rehabilitation, prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness initiatives across the continuum of care.

Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or applicable field. Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred.
· Current Washington State professional license preferred.
· Five or more years of clinical experience preferred.
· Three or more years of progressive leadership experience.
· Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operational metrics
· Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
· Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and change initiatives.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems, EPIC experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide operational leadership for outpatient Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy reflective of Pinnacle and VMC mission and goals.
· Data-driven management using productivity, access, quality, and patient experience metrics.
· Lead staffing, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
· Responsibility for employee engagement and retention initiatives.
· Develop, monitor, and manage operating and capital budgets.
· Accountability for access metrics, referral growth, and strategic program development.
· Use operational dashboards and data to drive continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, payer, and professional practice standards.
· Partner with physicians, interdisciplinary leaders, and hospital departments to improve patient flow and access.
· Lead change management and implementation of new programs, workflows, and strategic initiatives.
· Investigate and resolve patient concerns while promoting an exceptional patient experience.
· Participation in strategic planning and annual goal development.
· Population health and Lifestyle Medicine integration
· Innovation and adoption of new technology (Epic optimization, AI, digital patient engagement)
· Represent the service line within the organization and community.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
