This role oversees day-to-day field operations for industrial, manufacturing, and distribution projects across Georgia and the Southeast, including managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and enforcing safety standards rooted in long-standing industry best practices.
Responsibilities
Direct daily on-site construction activities for industrial and commercial builds.
Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, site logistics, and progress tracking.
Maintain and enforce jobsite safety procedures aligned with established safety-focused values.
Monitor quality and ensure work meets project requirements and industry expectations.
Travel within Georgia and neighboring Southeastern states as project locations require.
Qualifications
5+ years of superintendent or similar field leadership experience.
Background in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial construction.
Strong scheduling, field coordination, and safety management skills.
Ability to travel regionally as needed.
