We’re hiring a CDL-A driver in Berlin, Wisconsin for a day shift position hauling dry van freight for a major distribution center operation. This is a steady Monday-Friday opportunity with local routes, reliable equipment, and daily home time.

What You’ll Get:
- $27.50/hour
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Day shift starting at 6:00 AM
- Approximately 8-10 hour shifts

What You’ll Be Doing:
Drivers will haul dry van trailers to and from the Berlin distribution center handling inbound raw materials and plant-to-plant transfers. Most runs stay local between Berlin facilities with occasional trips throughout Wisconsin and Chicagoland areas including:
- Oshkosh
- Jefferson
- Waukesha
- Whitewater
- Janesville
Additional duties include:
- Bumping docks
- Moving trailers between doors and yard locations
- Managing both drop-and-hook and live load freight
Equipment You’ll Use:
- Day Cab Trucks
- Dry Van Trailers
- Raw materials & finished goods freight
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 24 months verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Clean driving record and stable work history
- Must pass DOT drug screen, physical, and road test
Orientation & Training:
- Orientation Pay: $400 total after completing the following week
- Training Pay: $200/day
- Minimum 2 days training
