Client Consultant Specialist (Sales)

Compensation: $60,000–$105,000+ annually (Base Pay: $22–$25/hour plus uncapped commission opportunities)
Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Client Consultant Specialist to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This role is ideal for a highly driven sales professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness.
As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client consultations, creating personalized treatment recommendations, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and relationship-building. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to identify needs and recommend customized aesthetic treatments, memberships, packages, and wellness services.
- Drive sales performance by consistently achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive follow-up, relationship management, and exceptional service.
- Engage with clients through in-person consultations, phone communication, and email outreach.
- Educate clients on available treatments, services, and the latest advancements in medical aesthetics and skincare.
- Deliver a luxury client experience that reflects our commitment to professionalism, trust, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Med Spa, beauty, or skincare industry (required).
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presence with the ability to provide a high level of client care in a luxury aesthetic setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Active Esthetician or Laser Technician license is highly preferred.
- Experience with medical aesthetics, skincare treatments, memberships, or wellness services is an advantage.
