Premier Recovery Solutions, a case management company, specializes in motor vehicle accident-related injuries and rehabilitation. PRS is seeking a nurse case manager located in or near Grand Rapids, Michigan (preferably with case management experience). Must have a current registered nursing license in good standing, or CCM, and be licensed in MICHIGAN. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Territory: Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and surrounding area. The case manager will be responsible for client assessment, planning, care coordination, implementation of care, client advocacy, scheduling, and promoting quality outcomes. A laptop computer, a desktop computer, a reliable vehicle, a quiet home office space, and strong documentation skills are required to fulfill your role. Paid Travel time and Mileage reimbursement. No Holidays or Weekends. PRS offers a very competitive hourly wage, opportunities for advancement, and flexible scheduling. Dress is professional business attire.
