Receive, inspect, and store inbound freight.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular cycle counts.
Communicate directly with customers via phone and email regarding shipments, inventory, and service requests.

Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and shipping issues.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
Take ownership of daily warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.

3+ years of warehouse operations, logistics, or warehouse management experience.
Previous experience in a 3PL warehouse environment strongly preferred.
Forklift experience required.
Experience managing inventory and shipping operations.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory software preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Thrive in a fast paced environment where every day is different.
