The Opportunity
We're hiring 3 Licensed Health Insurance Producers to join our remote team. This is a salaried role with performance bonuses, not a commission-only gig — we want producers who can build real expertise and real client relationships without worrying about whether this month's paycheck covers rent. If you're newly licensed and looking for a place to grow into a career, not just churn through leads, this is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their Medicare insurance needs
- Present and explain coverage options clearly, honestly, and in plain language
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and stay current on policy and compliance changes
- Build trust as a competent advisor by diligently following up
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and sales skills
What We're Looking For
- Active Health insurance license (required)
- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex things simply
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Coachable and accountable, with a genuine interest in long-term growth in the insurance industry
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home office space
- No prior sales experience required — we'll train the right person
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000- 65,000/year (commensurate with licensing and readiness)
- Performance bonus: Based on mutually agreed upon targets related to customer satisfaction and other metrics
- Company-provided laptop and equipment
- Remote role- first three weeks of training on site in Orlando, FL.
- Ongoing mentorship and training from an experienced, family-run agency

Requirements
- Active state Health insurance producer license
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
