We are currently hiring for an experienced and driven full-time General Manager to lead our restaurant in the Des Moines metro area. Whether through customer service or administrative duties, this position is vital to the overall operational success of this location.
The Role
You're the person who makes sure the whole restaurant works — food goes out right, the building is staffed and clean, and the numbers hold up at the end of the month. That means:
- Holding food quality and cleanliness to standard on every shift
- Building and adjusting staffing schedules so the restaurant is never caught short
- Owning your labor and food cost lines against a budget you're accountable for
- Hiring, training, and coaching your team — and giving them enough direction that they know what “good” looks like
- Handling the paperwork side: new-hire onboarding, supply orders, inventory counts
Schedule and Pay
Full-time, roughly 50 hours a week. Expect evening and weekend shifts — restaurant hours, not banker's hours. Base salary runs $53,000–$65,000/year, plus a monthly bonus that actually gets paid out each month.
