We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process
- Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify trends, property values, and opportunities for clients
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining fairness and transparency in accordance with Fair Housing regulations
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings across multiple channels, including digital platforms and traditional media
- Manage all aspects of property showings, open houses, and client meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Stay informed about industry trends, local market conditions, and legal updates related to real estate law to ensure compliance and best practices
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and administrative tasks using sales technology tools and CRM systems
- Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, clear communication, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with managing real estate teams to coordinate efforts, share insights, and achieve collective goals
