We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire your team, manage inventory, and uphold the highest standards of store presentation and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management, merchandising, purchasing, and stock control
- Manage employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
- Assist store owner with conducing interviews
- Utilize POS systems for sales processing
- Assist owner with monitor store budgets, pricing strategies, and operational costs to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Prefered experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry, including managing sales teams and store operations
- Strong skills in bookkeeping, inventory management, and POS systems
- Excellent management abilities with demonstrated leadership in supervising staff and managing retail sales teams
- Proficiency in retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and inventory control
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills necessary for daily store operations such as inventory calculations
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
