CTC Chiropractic is hiring an Associate Chiropractor for our West Dallas / Trinity Groves location. This is an opportunity for a doctor who wants to to build, lead, and become deeply trusted in the community they serve.

You will:
- run consultations and Reports of Findings
- guide patients into corrective care with confidence
- help lead team culture and standards
- participate in community outreach and events
- build long-term trust with families
- operate within scripts, structure, scoreboards, and clear expectations

English/Spanish fluency is a strong advantage in this market.

Compensation
- Salary: $70,000-$100,000/year * bonuses not included in salary.
- Performance Bonuses: tied to patient starts, conversion, and collections numbers.
- Profit Sharing: eligible for 5% profit share.
- Growth Escalators: salary compensation rises annually with growth of the office.
- Leadership Path: Opportunity to lead an office location within a growing multi-office organization.
*High-performing doctors will earn six figures.
