Part-Time to Full-Time
Studio Med Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Aesthetician to perform advanced facial and corrective skin treatments. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical skills with client education and long-term treatment planning.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced facial treatments including Hydro Beauty or HydraFacial-type treatments, chemical peels, and medical-grade facials
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and assessments
- Recommend customized treatment plans, packages, memberships, and retail products
- Support client retention and repeat visits
- Maintain treatment documentation and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with RNs and providers for cross-referrals
Qualifications
- Active California Aesthetician license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a med spa or medical setting
- Experience with hydro-dermabrasion systems and chemical peels
- Strong product knowledge and consultation skills
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and growth-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing clientele
- Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
- Acne treatment or corrective skincare experience
- Social media or content participation experience
