As an Onsite Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring process for various roles. What's the Job?
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs.
- Screen applications, conduct pre-screening processes, and recommend qualified candidates for consideration.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, preparing relevant questions and materials to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Manage both online and in-person interview scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Extend employment offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
What's Needed?
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Experience using various sourcing methods, including traditional and nontraditional channels.
- Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external candidates.
