Must be willing and able to work in Naperville. This is not a remote position.
Work hours are balanced and do not include "busy time".
How You Will Contribute
- Payroll and payroll support
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Cash forecasting
- Sales tax and reporting
- HR support and Benefit Administration
- Metrics reporting
- Annual audit and tax prep support
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Month and year-end closings, including financial analysis
- Various other tasks as assigned
This role allows the ability for personal & professional growth to help meet your short and long-term career goals, through extensive communication with various departments within the company and with access to training, mentoring, and management by our Director of Accounting and Staff Accountants.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting
- Strong, clear communication skills with internal & client teams
- Well-organized and a quick problem solver in a dynamic work environment
- Strong knowledge of software and technology, including Quickbooks, Excel, and online communications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
