Description
DRCG is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Specialist to support our federal customer in Washington, D.C. This role will perform a variety of logistics and administrative tasks in support of the customer.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for tracking computer hardware requests using SharePoint

Recommend to management when to order hardware based on inventory levels

Responsible for shipping hardware to various FBI locations around the US

Maintain Excel files for tracking hardware requests, receiving, and shipping of hardware

Supporting facility inventories

Support the Human Language Technology team with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of foreign language materials to make suitable for machine translation

Backup to the unit's Program Analyst with their administrative functions (e.g. maintaining basic supplies such as pens, tablets, and copier paper stations
Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience as a Logistics Specialist and/or Administrative Assistant

One (1) – three (3) years of experience providing logistics specialist, inventory management, and/or general administrative support

High school diploma. Associate's/Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or relevant training may be substituted for experience

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word

Ability to communicate orally and in writing

Experience operating standard office equipment
