About Jus’ Mac
Jus’ Mac is a well-known Houston restaurant serving the community for over 16 years. We’re evolving into a lively restaurant & bar experience where great food, cocktails, and hospitality come together.
We’re looking for personable servers who enjoy interacting with guests and can prepare or learn to prepare cocktails.
Pay Structure
Servers earn an hourly wage plus tips.
We guarantee that your total earnings will be at least $15–$17 per hour.
If your hourly wage and tips fall below that amount during a pay period, we will make up the difference.
Strong servers typically earn more.

- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable interacting with guests
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of cocktails or willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service
- Take food and beverage orders
- Prepare basic cocktails and bar drinks when needed
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and drinks
- Keep service areas clean and organized
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Basic cocktail knowledge is a plus
- TABC certification (or ability to obtain)
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
