What You'll Do
As the lead or senior Structural Engineer, you'll oversee structural engineering design projects while leading and mentoring the structural engineering team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide structural calculations, engineering and design for process facilities, oil and gas and energy projects from concept through construction
- Perform structural analysis and design for industrial steel and concrete structures
- Design industrial buildings and structural systems using RISA, STAAD, and other engineering software
- Review and approve engineering calculations, construction documents, shop drawings, and technical reports
- Provide Revit 3D model and/or AutoCAD 2D drawings and review and approve shop/fabrication drawings
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, fabricators, and internal and external multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Estimate engineering hours and prepare proposals for structural projects.
- Conduct field investigations and site visits to collect and evaluate existing structures and support new facility designs
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and engineering best practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of structural engineering design experience in process facilities, energy
- 10+ years of field experience involving industrial facilities and structural systems
- Experience leading and managing project execution
- Strong experience designing industrial steel and concrete structures
- Proficiency with RISA, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD and structural detailing
- Strong understanding of building codes, structural design standards, and industrial facility construction
- Experience in processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial facilities is highly preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $100,001.00 per year
