What You’ll Do
- Build beautiful, bold, loaded sandwiches that make customers say “damn, that’s good.”
- Prep fresh ingredients daily — slicing, chopping, mixing, tasting (quality control, obviously).
- Work private events, catering builds, and party trays with precision and swagger.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and moving like a well‑oiled machine.
- Jump in wherever needed — because that’s how family‑run kitchens roll.
- Bring good energy, good teamwork, and good jokes (bad jokes also accepted).
