One of upstate New York's largest and most reputable fence companies, which has been in business for over 50 years and is located in the Rochester, NY area, is looking to add an Estimator/Project Manager to their team. The new team member will be responsible for all aspects of estimating and project management as listed below:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Reviewing plans and specifications, compiling the data and preparing bids
- Management of the complete submittal process for projects
- Management of multiple projects
- Track change orders
- Responsible for accurate and timely billings for the company
Qualifications:
- Construction related experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to read, comprehend, and effectively communicate the content of construction drawings and specifications
- Work independently
- Multi-task
