Position Summary
C-CAT is seeking a Contracts & Programs Coordinator to support the Program Management office in the administration and coordination of customer contracts and program documentation.
This role supports the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including documentation, contract administration, and coordination with internal teams to ensure program compliance and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a practical working knowledge of C-CAT manufacturing processes and program requirements
- Prepare and administer contract documentation for new business awards, contract modifications, and program updates
- Support the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, negotiation, administration, and closeout
- Review, prepare, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other contractual agreements
- Provide guidance to internal personnel regarding contract requirements and interpretation
- Track and manage contract modifications, deliverables, and program documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and historical program documentation
- Prepare written communications with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Assist Program Managers with monthly cost reporting and program documentation
- Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding customer payments
- Identify potential contractual or program risks and communicate issues early to Program Managers
- Assist with additional program, contracts, or administrative support tasks as required

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience preparing detailed documentation
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government contracts
- Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Familiarity with program management or contract administration processes
Security & Compliance Requirements
- This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance followed by a fully adjudicated clearance. Clearance sponsorship will be facilitated by C-CAT.
- Due to the nature of our work supporting U.S. defense programs, U.S. Citizenship is required in order to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance.
- Work performed may involve access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
