Angelico Pizzeria is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier/server to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Server and Cashier to join our team. This dual-role position involves delivering excellent service to dine-in guests and efficiently handling point-of-sale transactions. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Position is part-time and full time, day shift 10:45am-5pm, and night shift 5pm-12am
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of store promotions, sales, and product locations to assist customers effectively.
- Perform basic retail math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and change.
- Supervise stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dinning area.
Requirements
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
