In this role, you'll support students both academically and personally by planning engaging learning activities, preparing instructional materials, and providing homework assistance in mathematics, science, or social studies, based on your background and interests. You'll also work closely with our management team to share updates on students' academic progress, learning goals, and personal growth.

What You'll Do
- Plan and lead engaging daily lessons and activities that foster students' academic success, critical thinking, and personal growth.
- Provide individualized homework help and academic support.
- Encourage, motivate, and guide students as they build confidence and develop strong study habits.
- Create a welcoming, organized, and positive classroom environment where students feel comfortable learning.
- Promote respectful behavior and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and our management team to support each student's progress and communicate successes and areas for improvement.
- Follow school policies and help maintain a high-quality learning experience for all students.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in any field. A background in education, tutoring, teaching assistance, or a related role is a plus, but not required—we welcome passionate individuals who enjoy working with students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with elementary, middle, and high school students.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping young people learn and succeed.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- The ability to maintain a clean, organized, and positive learning environment.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and grow as part of our team.
