About the Role
This is not a front-desk job.
This is a CALL CENTER sales position
Your responsibility is simple:
Convert consultations into paid treatment plans.
If you can’t sell, this role will expose you fast.
If you can sell, this is a serious income opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Present cosmetic treatment plans (veneers, smile makeovers, whitening, etc.)
- Convert leads and in-office consultations into closed cases
- Explain pricing, financing options, and value clearly and confidently
- Follow up relentlessly with unsold consultations (calls, texts, emails)
- Track leads, consults, and conversions in CRM/software
- Coordinate schedules with doctors and clinical team
- Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a professional, luxury-level patient experience
Required Experience
- 1 year in sales (dental, medical, cosmetic, or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Strong closing skills — objections don’t scare you
- Experience with financing tools (CareCredit, Cherry, Sunbit, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable discussing $5,000–$25,000+ treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish strongly preferred)
- Organized, driven, and emotionally intelligent
Compensation
- Base Pay + Commission
- High performers earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually
- Bonuses tied to case acceptance, revenue, and show-rate
