Job Title: Operating Room (OR) RN (Registered Nurse)
Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Operating Room RN, meticulously managing a variety of surgical procedures with expertise and professionalism. This pivotal role ensures patient safety and optimal outcomes during surgeries, with a focus on orthopedic, sports medicine, and joint replacement procedures. Pay: $32 - $45 per hour depending upon experience
Shift: Day Shift (you can choose 8/10/12 hours) No Weekends
Required Skills:
- Active and unencumbered RN license in Kansas
- ADN or BSN degree
- Minimum experience in Orthopedic surgery, specifically Zimmer and Arthrex products
- Proficiency in total joint replacement and sports medicine surgeries
- Ability to perform surgical procedures across various specialties including Ortho, ENT, GYN, Spine, Urology, Cataracts, and General Surgery
- Strong charting skills, with Meditech Expanse experience preferred but not required
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Prior experience in operating room settings with orthopedic and multi-specialty surgical cases
Other Requirements:
- Availability for Day shifts, with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- No weekend work required
- Valid state-specific licensure and experience in orthopedic procedures
