Inside/Outside Sales people desired in the Lowcountry area.
Distinctive Granite and Marble inc. have excellent opportunities for Sales Associate(s) at its showrooms - Beaufort, Ridgeland, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Immediate hire is available for full-time positions. The qualified candidates should possess the ability to interact and communicate with a consumer or builder sharing the Sales experience in the purchase and ultimate installation of Granite. You will have to travel between these locations.
Coordinate, organize, and facilitate all Sales Transactions to ensure that every consumer has been treated to the highest level of customer service and to ensure that the consumers sales experience was successful.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality customer care regarding a consumers sales. This will include possessing the knowledge of Product, Colors, Maintenance, Sinks, and Pricing.
- Responsible for the data entry in software platform regarding processing your contracts. This will include any sales quotes and orders, tile orders, measurements from "Take Off's". Measurements will include calculating the square feet for main sections and linear feet for backsplashes for every job. Contact as needed cabinet, plumbing, or contracting companies to ensure quotation is complete.
- Obtaining contractual signatures needed including the coordination of outside purchases (sink, Plumbing, and Stovetop).
- Randomly make trips to the "Shop" as required to ensure respective jobs are processed and maintained as quoted to consumers.
- Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor and assist with inventory management.
- Assist main office on requests for collections of payments from consumers.
- Follow up on leads from various construction reports.
Experience
- Successful candidates should possess practical Retail and/or Sales Experience. Knowledge of Granite, Marble, and Ceramic Tile would be preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
