About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player to join our Indiana team. This is a cross-functional support role where you'll be trained across several key areas of our shipping and documentation process. If you're organized, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing manufacturing company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing dealer invoices accurately and on time
- Preparing shipping load sheets and coordinating outbound load documentation
- Issuing Certificates of Origin and ensuring all required paperwork ships with each load
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
- Learning multiple functions within the operations team — this role grows with you

- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on whatever the team needs
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Experience in an office, logistics, manufacturing, or administrative setting preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, email, data entry)
