Position Summary
The Hearth & Hot Tub Customer Service Representative is responsible for the expeditious and accurate processing of new sales orders and service requests including, but not limited to, direct dealings with customers, sales people and technicians while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This position also provides direct support of the Sales Manager, Category Manager and District Manager through creation and maintenance of sales reports, spreadsheets and other requested documentation.
Major Responsibilities
· Scheduling of service and delivery appointments and maintenance of calendar
· Verification of daily sales activity
· Process completed service appointments
· Communicate with customers including but not limited to sending “thank you” emails to customers regarding new sales, as well as customer service emails to existing customers regarding services and installations provided
· Communicate and coordinate with sub-contractors for new installations (P-I’s needed)
· Communicate and coordinate with warehouse for new pick-ups
· Communicate and coordinate with warehouse for deliveries
· Processing of payments due on sales orders and service appointments
· Providing store support through production of forms / sales folders
· Providing support to all management
· Answer phone calls/emails and assist customers with items realted to Hearth and Hot Tubs
· Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
· Computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
· Must have valid transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
