Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including entertainment shows, guest activities, and special functions.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or ticket sales, maintaining proper records.
- Resolve conflicts or guest concerns efficiently to uphold a positive atmosphere for all visitors.
- Provide engaging public speaking or host duties during events or resort programs to enhance guest experience.
- Supervise lifeguard teams during poolside activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest services across all areas of the venue.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments, preferably within resorts or entertainment venues.
- Strong skills in conflict management and customer service to handle diverse guest needs with positivity.
- Previous lifeguard experience is highly desirable; certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with children and manage group activities confidently.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements and guest interactions.
- Experience in food service or theater settings is beneficial for versatile role performance.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and maintain detailed records in fast-paced environments.
