Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the North Webster, IN area, is seeking an experienced MIG or TIG Welder to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth within the company.
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour
- Shift Available: 1st Shift
- Proficient in MIG or TIG welding with a minimum of one year of experience in either process
- Inspect measurements and finished products using tape measures, blueprints, and other quality tools
- Report any material, equipment, or tool issues to team leads or supervisors
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the client
- Minimum of one year of welding experience (MIG or TIG)
- Proven reliability with strong attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
