**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated Auto Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles at our dealership and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct calls/emails/texts to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Manage inventory control to ensure availability of vehicles for sale
- Multi-lingual is a plus
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Provide sales support by guiding customers through the purchasing process
- Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer information, and complete sales transactions
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in car sales is preferred but not required. If you have sales experience and are good at it, you will have the tools to excel in auto sales.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and customer interactions effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
