We are a fast-growing company assembling custom battery packs, looking for a Production Lead / Supervisor to support our team and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a small team performing battery pack assembly
- Support daily production on the floor
- Ensure builds are completed accurately and on time
- Train and guide team members
- Help improve processes and workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
- Prior leadership, informal team lead, or supervisory experience
- Comfortable working with small parts and detailed work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable, and hands-on attitude
