Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our metal fabrication team. This position involves supporting various production and fabrication processes, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting skilled operators and fabricators as needed.
Candidates should have prior experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, construction, industrial, or similar hands-on work environment and be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with metal fabrication and production operations
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Grind, deburr, clean, and prepare metal parts for fabrication or finishing
- Support machine operators and welders as needed
- Package and stage completed products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

- Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
